Appointments: 

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment please ensure you contact the clinic with at least 48 hours notice to avoid losing your deposit. Please call us on 07772480014 or email us as soon as you are able to. We do our best to accommodate late arrivals at the clinic, however there may be times when a late arrival may result in a rearranged appointment. Please do not attend the clinic if you are unwell. This includes colds, fevers, flu, cold sores and skin infections. If you are unsure if you should attend, please call to discuss. Routine follow-up appointments are offered to all clients 2 weeks after treatment as a courtesy. If you’re unable to attend the follow-up appointment within 4 weeks after your treatment, no additional treatment or ‘top-up’ will be provided. 

Payments:

A non-refundable deposit of £20 is taken to secure all appointments, at the time of booking. This is deducted from the amount due on the day. Payment is taken in full at time of treatment, unless you are participating in a pre-arranged payment plan with the clinic. The clinic accepts bank transfer payments or cash.The treatment fee is charged for the following: Consultation and assessment, provision of information and advice, safe treatment, follow-up appointment and aftercare support. Whilst we provide excellent service, factual, evidence-based advice, and a professional, safe treatments, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.

Policy:

We operate a strict over 18 policy at the clinic. Please do not be offended if you’re asked to provide ID to prove your age during your consultation.  Please do not bring children with you to the clinic, they are not permitted on site under our insurance policy. All patients are required to provide contact details including address and phone number to undergo treatment

All patients are required to disclose their full medical history during the consultation section of their appointment, including doctor’s contact details. This information is necessary prior to treatment to aid the planning process and to ensure the treatment is safe for you. All information will be treated as highly confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protect Legislation. 

Complaints: 

In the unlikely circumstance that you have a complaint, please inform the clinic as soon as possible. An appointment will be made for you to be seen to discuss. A copy of our Complaints Policy is available on request.
